Gavin was born in Whitehaven is 1980. He joined the Society for 'Cabaret' and appeared in the chorus. He then took the part of The Vicar in the Society's most recent success 'The Liver Birds'.

He is one of the new generation of actors learning their craft and gaining stage experience to enable the Society to continue into the 21st century.
